This package gets you your own page showing all photographs and information as supplied by you (maximum photos 6). No commission is charged for bookings and you get a free listing of your own e-mail and/or Internet site. You therefore maintain full control over contacts with tenants and over your planning. Moreover, this package offers the possibility for multilingual advertising, so that you may have optimal reach to our potential client base (for further information see – Multi-language). The contract duration for this advertisement package is a full year. If, after a year, you choose to end your contract, then you can do so by sending us a message to that effect in writing, or by e-mail, no later then 1 month before the expiration of your running contract period. In case of tariff changes you always have the opportunity to end your contract for the next year within a month after notification.

Select Offer
If you are looking for a package that really puts your vacation home in the spotlights, then an advertisement on our “Select offer” page may be just what you are looking for. On this page we offer a select number of houses the possibility to receive first attention for searching renters. After stipulating the desired holiday destination (country), the web visitor arrives directly on our select page first. This gives your house the advantage of first showing, resulting in as high a bookings rate as possible. Note that there is only a limited space for this select page, therefore full=full.
We temporarily also offer a very attractive package for our “Select” owners: only € 2,- (incl.VAT) is charged per month with link exchange of our weblink. (Advertisement without link exchange: € 4,- per month). Here as well, a contract duration of one (1) year and a cancellation notice of one (1) month before contract expiration applies.

Last Minute
If all your efforts have nevertheless left you with unexpected gaps in your rental planning, then a Last Minute advertisement on our Internet site may be just the answer to your search for additional bookings. We offer the possibility for a fully separate, special, Last Minute page for advertisements. The costs for advertising on this page are € 5,- per application (incl. VAT), where the contract duration will be for a period of 3 months maximum.

For Sale
Have you decided to sell your valuable possession, you can decide to announce this on our Internet site. At present the following introductory, special offer for sales applies: € 2, - (incl. VAT) per month, under conditions of a one (1) year contract, with an advertisement cancellation notice of one (1) month before contract expiration. When your house gets sold, we request that you pass this information on to us, so that we can add a note to that effect on our internet site and we can end your advertisement. There will, however, be no refunds if the one (1) year contract period has not yet fully passed.

Multi-Language
To maximize your reach we offer you the possibility for multi-language advertising on our internet-site. If you supply your text in Dutch, we look after the English translation for you for free. Should your text be supplied in English, we will then gladly provide your advertisement with a Dutch translation for free. You could however want to extend the reach of your advertisement even further. Should you want to exploit this option, it is then also possible to reflect the text in German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. For this option you must supply the translations yourself however. The placement of the Dutch and English translations is free. For mention in the remaining languages you shall be charged a minute fee of only € 2,50 per language per year extra.
